Rogue Planet Extras, #2

For my lovely patrons, we have another Rogue Planet deleted scene, this time featuring two of the novel's main characters, Leala and Luis Pendrova. This found its way to the discard pile because, despite the fact that it's a lovely little scene that establishes a location and shows a bit of our characters' relationship, it ultimately didn't serve to progress the novel in any appreciable way and bogged down the first chapter. When I compressed Chapter One to help us get to the big event more quickly, this scene was one of the last to go.
